Augmented Reality Visualization

The simulation results and deployment scenarios are visualized using Spaitalwork AR Application. Through AR-enabled devices, such as smart glasses or tablets, clients can overlay virtual AGVs onto the physical environment. This interactive visualization allows clients to observe the simulated AGVs in real-time, navigate through different deployment configurations, and evaluate their impact on operational efficiency, throughput, and resource allocation.

Results

  • Streamlined decision-making process: Clients efficiently evaluated multiple AGV deployment scenarios and identified bottlenecks.

  • Enhanced accuracy and reliability: Integration of real-time data from Open RMF ensured accurate representation of AGV behavior.

  • Improved deployment strategies: Clients selected optimized strategies that maximized productivity and minimized disruptions.

  • Cost and resource savings: With Digital Twin, engineers are now able to complete the simulation within a few minutes
